This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to in Texas! The service was immediate and attentive. The price, quantity, and quality of the food was unbelievable! We got 2 entree’s, 2 appetizers, a soup and a vegetable for 32. A great little local spot!
Wow, I ordered a simple bbq chicken pizza last night and it was soo good. Was greeted on the way in by the cook with a big smile. The 10’ for 10 and it was perfect for me and my wife... from the bbq sauce amount down to the flavor of peppered chicken. The other overpriced pizza shops nearby didn’t come close to this
We had tried to book a table for Valentines Day but alas the web was not kind, so we headed down to the restaurant and they were able to seat us within minutes. The place gave off the cutest vibes with a lovely atmosphere. Now the good part... the food is top notch! As an Italian myself I was most pleased! Highly recommend Bastianos in Bastrop!!
The food here is amazing, the owners are incredible people, they've been listed as a "neighborhood favorite" on Nextdoor for several years running, the portions are perfect, the prices are low yet competitive. It was 25 for two drinks, two salads, and a fresh 16" hand made, brick-fired pizza that is just the right amount of crispy on bottom and melty cheesy on top, and made for a perfect parent's night out dinner date experience.
If this isn't a hidden gem, i've never seen one! The food was excellent. The service was great. We got two appetizers, three entrees, an extra salad, a small pizza and a gelato to go and was able to bring in my own bottles of wine. All for 65, unbelievable!
I've been several times to Bastiano's in the few months I've lived in Bastrop, and every time is a delight. Calzones, pasta, pizza, it's all delicious and portions are plenty large enough for me. The atmosphere is great (and I particularly like the old timey music they play). Great local business, the family that runs it is very friendly. Possibly my favorite spot in Bastrop!
